TVH Names Giuliano Parodi as New CEO

May 18, 2026 - TVH announced that Giuliano Parodi will become the company’s new chief executive officer effective September 1, 2026.

Parodi joins TVH with nearly 25 years of experience in the industrial equipment and automotive sectors. He most recently served as group chief strategy officer and a member of the Board of Directors at Yanmar, where he helped shape the company’s strategic direction and oversaw regional operations outside Japan.

Before that role, Parodi served as CEO and chairman of Yanmar Compact Equipment, overseeing a global business with operations across Japan, Europe and North America. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions at Bobcat Company and Fiat Group.

According to TVH, Parodi has experience leading international growth initiatives, business transformation and operational expansion, with a focus on aftermarket services, customer solutions and value creation.

Parodi holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA and is a chartered engineer. Having lived and worked in multiple countries, including nearly two decades in Belgium, the company said he brings both international industry experience and regional familiarity to the role.

TVH said that after a transition period with Parodi, Lecluyse will return to his role as Chairman of the Board.
