United Rentals Acquires Rental Establishment in Georgia

February 8, 2007 • Greenwich, Conn.-based United Rentals, Inc. announced that it has acquired High Reach Equipment Services, LLC, an aerial equipment rental company with one branch in Norcross, Ga. High Reach's annual revenues were approximately $11 million.

 

“High Reach's operation is ideally positioned to complement our branch network in the northern metropolitan area of Atlanta,” said Matthew Flannery, vice president, Aerial East Region for United Rentals. “The acquisition enhances our ability to share equipment and provide expert solutions to customers there.”
