UpRight Parent Company Completes Snorkel Acquisition

August 1, 2007 • The Tanfield Group, LLC, parent company of UpRight, announced it has completed the acquisition of Snorkel Holdings LLC of St. Joseph, Mo. 

All resolutions were passed at the board of director's extraordinary general meeting on July 23, 2007, which included the company's application for 77,324,148 ordinary shares to be admitted for trading on the AIM. The ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares currently traded on AIM, and the number of ordinary shares in issue now reaches 370,286,089.

Tanfield also received clearance from the U.S antitrust enforcement agencies under the U.S. Hart-Scott-Rodino Improvements Act of 1976 on July 26, 2007.
