Van Beest Offers Excel Shortening Clutch

June 23, 2014 - Van Beest has developed the new Excel shortening clutch. With this type of clutch, there is no need for an extra leg of chain, so less components are required at the master link. Just attach the clutch at any point along a sling leg to shorten the sling length. It can be moved up and down the chain to adjust the length.

The clutch is availabe from stock for Grade 8 and Grade 10 chain that is 8 and 13 mm diameter. Other sizes will be available in the future.
