WireCo has Acquired Drumet

July 25, 2011 – WireCo WorldGroup Inc., Kansas City, Mo., has acquired Liny i Druty Sp.z o.o. (Drumet), Wloclawek, Poland.

 

The acquisition of Drumet is part of WireCo’s ongoing global strategy to manufacture and distribute products to customers around the globe. This acquisition will give WireCo unmatched wire and rope production capabilities in North America, Asia and Europe, and provide increased wire capacity to support its manufacturing operations.
