Work Truck Week 2026 Registration Now Open
Work Truck Week 2026 will bring commercial vehicle professionals together in Indianapolis March 10–13 to explore trucks and technology.
Registration and housing are now open for Work Truck Week 2026, scheduled March 10–13 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. The event includes The Work Truck Show, Green Truck Summit, the NTEA Annual Meeting, Ride & Drive and an educational program.
“Over the last 25 years, the industry has taken ownership of Work Truck Week and shaped it into the event it needs to be to drive business success for our exhibitors and attendees,” said Steve Carey, NTEA president and CEO. “There’s nowhere better to collaborate with colleagues from throughout the commercial vehicle ecosystem, evaluate the latest vehicles and equipment, learn about trends and technology and prepare for the future.”
Work Truck Week is built for networking and collaboration. Attendees can connect during the opening reception at Lucas Oil Stadium on March 10, participate in the NTEA annual meeting on March 12 and join the Generation Next Leadership Workshop on March 11, which uses improv to develop leadership and communication skills.
The Work Truck Show exhibit hall features more than 500 companies presenting commercial vehicles, equipment and technology, while the Ride & Drive allows attendees to experience vehicles with new propulsion systems, fuel options and sustainability offerings. Educational sessions, including the Green Truck Summit, provide insights on industry trends, vehicle engineering, fleet management, compliance and upfitting solutions.
