Nov. 3, 2023 – WrightPlan Inc. has promoted Randa Fernandes director of customer experience to vice president of operations and customer experience.
In her new position, Fernandes has a greater focus on WrightPlan's business strategy, product direction, internal processes, and overall company growth, all while continuing to lead its customer experience and solutions delivery.
Since joining the company earlier in 2023, Fernandes has quickly proven herself an industry thought leader.
She recently shared her expertise as part of the panel on Utilizing New Crane & Rigging Technologies during this year's SC&RA Crane & Rigging Workshop, held in September.
