Bragg Companies received handover of five Liebherr all-terrain cranes at CONEXPO 2026. The delivered models include the LTM 1650-8.1, LTM 1300-6.4, LTM 1230-5.1, LTM 1160-5.2 and LTM 1100-5.3. These additions further expand Bragg’s fleet and bring the latest Liebherr crane technology to its operations.

“The specifications of the cranes meet the demanding requirements of our markets,” said Scott Bragg, CEO of Bragg Companies. “We look forward to continuing Bragg’s long-lasting relationship with Liebherr.”

Founded in Long Beach, California, Bragg Companies is a full-service crane, rigging and heavy haul business with locations across the U.S., including Arizona, California, Florida, Idaho, Nevada, Texas, Utah and Washington. Family-owned for four generations, Bragg maintains a strong focus on safety and providing creative solutions for complex projects. The company’s fleet already includes 50 Liebherr cranes, and the recent deliveries strengthen its position as one of the largest integrated service crane companies in the construction sector.

Liebherr all-terrain cranes are engineered for versatility and high performance. Assistance systems such as VarioBallast allow infinite ballast adjustment through a hydraulic slewing mechanism, while long telescopic booms enable rapid access to great working heights. Configurations are flexible, with functional lattice extensions, folding jibs and fixed or luffing lattice jibs.

The LTM 1650-8.1 succeeds the LTM 1500-8.1, offering a nominal lifting capacity of 770 tons (700 metric tons) and up to a 50% increase in capacity depending on equipment. The LTM 1300-6.4, with a 295-foot (90-meter) telescopic boom and LICCON3 control system, is suited for tower crane assembly, antenna installations and wind turbine maintenance. The LTM 1160-5.2 uses a single-engine concept and ECOmode/ECODrive technologies to improve fuel efficiency, while the LTM 1230-5.1 incorporates VarioBase support for higher lifting capacities over the rear working area. The LTM 1100-5.3, nicknamed “The master of all roads,” combines mobility and performance with a 203-foot (62-meter) boom and road-friendly axle loads.
