CM Labs Adds Training Tools for Instructors

September 22, 2026 - CM Labs has launched new training management features as part of its Intellia Workforce Training System, including tools designed to help instructors manage training sessions and provide guidance to multiple trainees.

The latest updates include After-Action Review, AI assistants for instructors and trainees, and a classroom performance leaderboard. The system combines training management tools with simulators and equipment curriculum.

The new After-Action Review feature in Intellia Instructor records training sessions for later review. Instructors can move through the 3D environment during replay to evaluate trainee performance from different angles, including goal completions and errors. The information can be used to tailor training plans to areas where trainees are making mistakes or falling short.

AI Assistants use CM Labs' product documentation to provide context-aware answers by voice or text. The tools can recommend training exercises and assist instructors with course planning, while also providing trainees with guidance during exercises.

The performance leaderboard provides dashboards that allow instructors to share live results with a classroom.
