GM Envolve VP Ian Hucker to Keynote Green Truck Summit 2026

GM Envolve VP Ian Hucker will keynote Green Truck Summit at Work Truck Week 2026, discussing the future of multi-stage commercial vehicles.

Ian Hucker, vice president of GM Envolve, will deliver the keynote address at the Green Truck Summit during Work Truck Week 2026, scheduled for March 10 in Indianapolis. His presentation will focus on the evolution of multi-stage commercial vehicles, including developments in vehicle design, powertrains, connectivity and equipment integration.

Work Truck Week 2026 will take place March 10–13 at the Indiana Convention Center. The event includes Green Truck Summit, The Work Truck Show, educational sessions, the NTEA Annual Meeting and the Work Truck Week Ride & Drive. Green Truck Summit opens the week of March 10 and is produced by NTEA – The Work Truck Association.

As vice president of GM Envolve, Hucker oversees General Motors’ fleet and commercial operations, with responsibility for customer relationships and integrated fleet solutions. These include vehicle options and OnStar telematics, diagnostics and safety software aimed at supporting fleet management.

“With his extensive background in senior sales leadership across the global commercial vehicle industry, Ian Hucker understands the technological forces and customer demands that are driving us forward,” says Kevin Koester, NTEA managing director. “His unique grasp of the dynamics that underpin customer expectations makes him an ideal keynoter to set the tone for the 2026 Green Truck Summit.”

Hucker’s keynote will examine how multi-stage commercial vehicles are expected to evolve over the next five to 10 years, including the role of emerging technologies and customer-driven demands. He will also address how chassis OEMs are preparing for future commercial vehicle platforms and applications.

The keynote runs from 9:00 to 9:30 a.m. and will be followed by three general sessions focused on upfitting practices, ADAS integration and cross-industry technology adoption. Additional breakout sessions will take place later in the day.
