Liebherr Equipment Source Newport News recently hosted an open house at its Hampton Roads location, offering guests a firsthand look at the company’s advanced operations and earthmoving technologies. The event included guided tours of Liebherr’s machine shop and parts warehouse, live machine demonstrations and networking opportunities with members of the Liebherr earthmoving and material handling technology team.
Attendees had the opportunity to view several Liebherr machines in action, including the R 914 K, R 924 and R 945 crawler excavators; PR 736 dozer; L 546 wheel loader; TA 230 articulated dump truck; and the LH 30 material handler. Each unit showcased Liebherr’s in-house components, operator assistance systems and manufacturing precision.
Liebherr’s machines serve a wide range of industries, including earthmoving, road construction, civil engineering, demolition, quarrying, rail construction and material handling. The open house highlighted how the company’s equipment is designed to meet the evolving needs of these sectors nationwide.
