Tandemloc has released a new lifting solution, the AZ03A00-00A-PA “X” 4-Point Spreader Frame, designed as a lightweight alternative to traditional H-frame models.
The frame is engineered for use in applications that require a top sling connection and is built to distribute loads evenly across four lift points. Tandemloc reports the design improves both stability and safety during heavy lifts.
With a working load limit of 68,000 pounds, the “X” frame is proof tested to 85,000 pounds. The structure is manufactured using Tandemloc’s Rapid Ready components, which the company says can reduce lead times by nearly half compared to standard H-frames.
“Our team designed the ‘X’ spreader frame to address a growing demand for faster turnaround times and greater handling efficiency,” the company said in a release. “Its unique design not only improves load stability but also helps our customers save time on the job.”
The frame is built to meet or exceed ASME B30.20 and BTH-1 standards, with a rugged finish in safety yellow for visibility and durability. It is also available with customization options for different capacities and sizes.
Tandemloc said the spreader’s lightweight construction makes it easier to transport, maneuver and set up in the field, supporting efficiency for lifting applications across multiple industries.
